How long is the warranty period?
Number of years warranty will be shown on the product page. Every product have a different warranty period and some products doesn’t have a warranty. We provide local warranty only.
Can I do an exchange for products under warranty?
Those products with warranty, may be send back to us for checking before we do an exchange for the current ones.
How long will I get back my products after I send back for an exchange?
It will take about 2 weeks or more to get new stock and we will arrange for delivery which may take about 1 - 2 days for local only.
